Nah, I'd never say that. It's a tool used to orient policing toward cosmetic respectability enforcement in order to enable things like rent intensification, mass incarceration and corporate subsidies rather than having any real utility to communities. It's a very poor analogy to forum moderation unless the purpose was to not scare off advertisers, but we don't have those here really.
