as an update, I left my employer and I'm now an Independent Research Scientist for the last 5 months. I just signed an NDA with a FedGov agency to research expanding the range and applicability of some measurements required by the FCC/EU.

Short term I'm working on automating those and some measurements and getting ISO accredited, longer term I'm looking at locations for business offices and manufacturing.

Business is going well, I'm making a profit, which is saying something this early in the start up. I'm not getting rich, but I'm making more than I did at my corporate job (for now) and I get to spend all day every day with my youngest.

Did you ever get your website taken care of? My wife is a graphic designer but contracted fulltime. She does know some really good freelance designers though if you're still in need.

i'm still in need, but I've discovered the urgency is lower. It's actually been better for me at this stage to keep a low public profile while I'm still in development. I'd be interested in learning more, or knowing who to contact when the time is right.

this is prime time for you to be a seller, no? commercial or residential?

and i'm just going to assume salmon is involved in some way.
87 percent residential, which is why it’s hard to sell. I’m not a slumlord and I won’t sell to one. This is a crazy time, I’m getting offers without even putting anything out there, but none can pass my vetting
