She does seem to genuinely care about the issues she discusses, even if she is s little misguided or hypocritical at times.
I'm gonna have to say the Oxford vaccines were the game changer.
All were great but the ones we did were best. The woman who created them actually started... As if you don't know.
But the fact they can be stored in a normal fridge and can be transported around the world easily and were made at zero profit lends me to believe these were the game changer.
