I wonder if all the Euro love will give whomever takes the next UK election the political will to walk back Brexit and make the case to join hands and sing holiday carols together as friends.

Those of us that are critical of overly-aggressive steps towards Russia to counter their own revanchist, imperialist desires for Eastern Europe and plans to destabilize Western Europe do not do so because we don't know what they are doing, or think they are in any way 'good' or 'better'.

We are critical because being too aggressive represents a dangerous destabilization of mutal nuclear deterrence, which threatens the entire world.

Childish arguments about who the 'goodies' and 'baddies' are in geopolitical power struggles won't matter if we see mushroom clouds outside our windows.

Apparently US government sources have it at 2000, which is probably about right.

Casualties follow the 'how many people have you had sex with?' rule. You list enemies casualties as if you are a guy and your own casualties as if you are a girl.
