I worked with people in the navy that had been to uni.they didn't want to get promoted as it put them to a point they would have to start paying it back. It really pissed me off, mooching cunts. Lots of arguing about it. And ultimately the 4 years they did were always useless as they wound up doing the same job as me, and I left school at 15..
