Oh I completely agree. It's just not the Hollywood way unfortunately, so many an older actress ends up looking like an alien, especially if she relied on looks to get roles in her prime.Better to have some wrinkles than look like an alien.

And that first one was just a rip off of point breakHey we got 9 Fast and Furious movies, so nothing surprises me any more. I had to check Wikipedia to see how many there were, and according to that there will be 10 and 11 in the next two years as well.
Love this movie

To save his declining business, Chris Cringle (Mel Gibson), also known as Santa Claus, is forced into a partnership with the U.S. military. Making matters worse, Chris gets locked into a deadly battle of wits against a highly skilled assassin (Walton Goggins), hired by a precocious 12-year-old after receiving a lump of coal in his stocking. ‘Tis the season for Fatman to get even, in the action-comedy that keeps on giving.
You shut your whore mouth! And that first one was just a rip off of point break

Point Break is about surfing, F&F is about street racing.

Hilarious movie. Yes I've seen it before but not for years. Steve Martin is perfect, and this is probably John Candy's best performance.
I forgot Kevin Bacon was in this at the beginning as Martin's adversary chasing down a cab.
Appearances by Ferris Bueller's dad, Grace (the principal's secretary) and Bueller's teacher (Ben Stein - Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?) as an airline announcer. Makes sense since it's a John Hughes film.
On this watch, I noticed they likely left a ton of scenes on the cutting floor. When Neal finally gets home it feels like there is a weird scene between him and his wife where she is crying. He was only 2 days late due to weather. Chill out lady.
Also - John Candy's character has a black eye at the end of the movie that's never explained.
Steve Martin dropping 15+ f-bombs on the rental car lady is still one of the best scenes ever put on film.
The only reason this film is rated R:Steve Martin dropping 15+ f-bombs on the rental car lady is still one of the best scenes ever put on film.
