The pit boss got a deep clean this afternoon, so that only means one thing.
I gotta make it dirty again.
Tonight was hamburger, mini multi color potatoes, Broccolini and Celery with Trader Joe's Soyaki sauce.

Shipment just arrived from PS Seasoning. I went to the site to pickup a certain rub that they happened to be out of and ended up spending $85 on other shit.
Looks like $85 well spent to me! I think you'll do great with the Blue Ribbon Competition Style BBQ Sauce. Let us know what you end up doing with it!

Dolphin and tritip for dinner. Did a dry brine with PS Seasonings Blue Ribbon on the tritip along with black pepper and let me tell you, this isn't just a rib or hog hog rub. Over the top awesome.
I seasoned up legs and thighs with my new rubs. Legs got bee sting and thighs got blue ribbon.
and the sauce was a little too thin. The flavor was on-point, though
Cheesy Maza
