Spicy louisiana sausages with serranos. I don't get much of a variety where I live but the Evergood brand is the best I've found. Love them!

Grilled some ribeye from the cows with a left over horseradish root sauce we had. Did some garlic butter potatoes and a caprese salad.

Other than the horserash, the sides touchéing and the existence of caprese salads entirely I somehow still give that plate an A+.

I think you won me over with the healthy dollop of cream on them taters. Wood totally dine at your fine establishment's garbage bin some day, good sire.
