That's the theory (not confirmed), that the guy had a camera mounted and the police covered it after shooting him.

This is just internet speculation, it may end up being a flag that is twisted / folded and looks a bit like a jacket.

You can see in the video there’s no flag waving from the truck. Piece of shit probably had a camera.
