Camera on the truck?

That's the theory (not confirmed), that the guy had a camera mounted and the police covered it after shooting him.

This is just internet speculation, it may end up being a flag that is twisted / folded and looks a bit like a jacket.

You can see in the video there’s no flag waving from the truck. Piece of shit probably had a camera.

I still contend that the "ISIS flag" looks like a jacket put up to cover the pole-mounted camera:

I'm not so sure, if you look at the video wild posted above of the truck going around the cruiser the pole has something black hanging from the top at about 17 seconds, plus there are no patches showing.

I don't think this is real, full photo being passed around.

There is no way that is the french quarter or an FBI ERT would have just laid it on the ground with any possible DNA on it.
