It was a really weird move for him to commit to Louisville. I think A&M more or less just matched the offer. It was obvious he wanted to be close to his mama.
Yeah, well fuck him and his mama.

Signed,

Looks like Kyle Field will have the LED's next year. Bout damn time!
Excellent.
Everyone is realizing the game is not enough anymore. Even with a winning product, game day experience is the driving factor and people will pay for it. So many venues are adding exclusive suites and clubs. People aren’t satisfied with being crammed into the venue like sardines. There’s still that, of course, but people like shorter lines at concessions and bathrooms, private entrances, a wait staff, leg room, and room to move around while not missing the action.
8 years ago, Clemson’s basketball arena actually decreased the seating capacity by a couple thousand as I recall in order to add different levels of clubs which have their own areas, hi-top tables, comfy stadium seats, and early and late access. You have to marry that with sound, video, and lighting tech to keep the vibe hyped. The days of a PA announcer calling the game are over. It requires a whole production team to make a game happen.

It's an added bonus that does nothing but add value to the experience. It's a no brainer for any top program. The olds will hate it and that makes me smile lol

I mean I think the answer must be someone is paying him to play another year and transfer.

I mean sure they are but it's not the reason he's playing CFB next year. He got a bad draft grade. Many are giving Ewers a 3rd round grade. Both will be back.

Well yeah, of course someone is paying him to play another year and transfer since that's what is happening. But that's not the why
The reasons probably are because he would make less based on draft projection. And he was making a lot at UGA. My guess is he would have made a lot less this year, if they even wanted him back

From an Aggie mod:

"Carson Beck had UCL surgery on his right elbow just before Christmas. It's long odds that he'd be ready for the 2025 season, and if he is, he'd basically have zero preseason.

The recovery time for those has shortened, but it's still a tall task to come back at full strength within 8 months."

I didn't realize his injury was that bad. Well at least in terms of recovery time.

Yeah that's different than what Dawg nation just posted; they said he'll be throwing by this summer. Who knows
