So for future if I do a simialr sequence of layers with the burn, multiply and normal I can get textures to come through?

You can use whatever BLENDING STYLE you want. you can click in the box and then use the arrow down on your keyboard to scroll through to see how it looks.

On the opposite side you could always put a copy of the paper texture as the top layer and then use one of the Blending styles to get an overall blend. That way you dont have to put a different style for each one.

You can also change the opacity to let the bottom layers peek through too. It all depends on how it all looks and what you prefer.

PNG have invisible backgrounds if someone made them so we dont have to manually take it out. So i googled MGM logo and went for the PNG.

JPGS always have solid backgrounds.

GIF can also have an invisible background but their colours are limited to 256 colours.

PNG is like JPG but with the ability to have an invisible background.

Good info, got it on the page now so I'm trying to size and get it into position

alright now double click that MGM lion layer so the layer effects pop up.

Go to COLOUR OVERLAY and choose white in the colour picker.

The logo should become white like the poster.
