HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD

2 cups flour.
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup melted/softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract.
4 very ripe bananas crushed with fork
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Preheat oven 180c or 350F.
In a medium size bowl mix flour soda and powder.
In a large bowl, mix sugar and butter with a fork until it's all nicely mixed evenly
Add eggs and vanilla to the butter-sugar mix. Mix properly.
Then add bananas and yogurt and mix thoroughly.

Pour dry ingredients into the liquid ones in the large bowl. With electric hand mixer mix everything.
Pour batter in cake mold.
Bake for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Enjoy

Notes: you can add. Chopped walnuts to this mix. It's heaven in your mouth especially when warm out of. The oven.
You can use half less sugar.
I use very very ripe bananas. They're mushy but it's the best for cooking because they're very sweet and flavourful... also easy to crush/mix.
Boom Pow, I rock tomorrow, the post office has the ripest bananas in the western world. I'll get pics of both, you know I made extra casserole for tomorrow.

Forgot to mention : butter or oil your cake mold if it's the regular kind.
Mine is non-sticky so I don't have to oil it.

Same as, gammon is cheap as long as you're not in the wrong restaurant. Shin beef too, it's literally striped with connective tissue until it's been in the pot for three hours then it's tender nectar. I use loads of onions and carrots in mine so I throw in a tablespoon-ish balsamic to cut the sweetness.
Sounds delish

Ill get you my wife's Korean bone soup recipe, its made with beef spine, takes about 4 hours. I believe it came about in post war Korea when they were sub saharan poor.

Speaking of spam did you know the Koreans have found a way to make it taste good? its called "Army base food" because the yanks left all their spam behind when they left after the war.

Nortwest Ireland, county called Leitrim. I swear to god it's a post office/grocery store/agricultural hardware store and they own the attached hairdressers and livestock mart across the road. Ye man it's really tasty, I used to make banana bread when I was a kid, hadn't thought about it in years, till you mentioned it I'll let you know how it works out.

Yeah, that's fairly common in the US minus the agricultural store. Grocery stores often have other shops inside of them like a post office or some fast food restaurant.

that's exactly why the hawaiians are spam crazed. that soup looks fantastic.
Or even a flat tray maybe? also you don't need to shape crusts into the base the sauce and toppings will do that, make it flat and push the toppings right up to that border.
i think he was going for the deep dish chicago style. ..it's literally pizza pie..people here argue about which is best, chicago vs. new york..which is ridic to me..eat all of it. no need to fight about food.

no need to fight about food.
This, people find it really hard to fathom that two different dishes can be just as good as each other.

I was talking about a roast I did once at work well this hipster foodie scumbag chimed in with "Dude you eat roast???? you want meat eat it asian style in pho, be adventurous!"

Yeah dickwad the whole of asia makes pho and roast is adventurous for those of us who grew up eating curries.

New York pizza looks crap though FWIW, just looks like base + sauce. Only ever seen it on TV TB

Flat tray would defeat the deep dish concept
