What was the glaze on this salmon? Was it oven baked? What temp and for how long?
It was oven baked and was glazed with something (would have been sweet and likely spicy, I've used a pineapple sweet chilli sauce before but not sure what that was) and that's pretty much all I remember. I've used brown sugar based glazes before and they have been good but have never used maple syrup (being Canadian I always have some in the house) but thats a fucking great ideaThanks. Broccoli cheddar soup with bacon under the cheese. Had a fresh sourdough bread that went with it. Absolutely one of the best soups I've done.Is that bacon under the cheese?
