Got some garners pickled onions in the fridge. Think I got them from there or one of the others
I had veal when I was a kid.
Before I was a vegetarian obviously. Even still I was not happy when I found out what it was.
First and only time I've had it.

Octopus, squid, oysters, moldy cheeses, ripe cheeses, moose, elk, deer, bear, fermented shit like Kimchi, weird ass Asian veggies and forged mushrooms.
Oh and I once ate out a Russian girl, tasted like potato vodka.

not Korean, but been around the world. IIRC, it was at a fish market near the Suyong River (S. Korea).
They eat some crazy shit over there. Ill stick to the bbq.

I've had human a couple of times, tastes like pork. Other than that I guess dog is weird for most people, didn't know it was dog the first time lol same thing with the human meat. IMO the ickiest thing I've had is dancing shrimp though.

I've had gator and beef bone marrow. Couldn't you get some fucked up toxin from eating marrow too?? what was I thinking?!
Bone marrow is called God's butter for a reason. Grab a filet, and after you sear off one side in cast iron, flip it, slather it with marrow, the toss it under a broiler on full blast until it browns up. Should add some extra salt too. Super delicious. Not to mention any butcher or super market is more than happy to sell you marrow bones dirt cheap because otherwise they are going in the garbage. I'd suspect the vast majority of people have no fucking idea how good bone marrow is.
Maybe it is harder to find tacos de sesos in L.A now compared to the 90's.
