2nd level of this apartment building (three windows plus a patio) was done by yours truly.

All it took was an extension ladder, an 18V Makita power drill, and a 6'4" real ass nigga from the dirty south.

Seems like someone who just thought of everything "logical" to do and not someone who has ever been through a huge storm. For instance #3, no one fills their washer with water. You fill it with ice and it will keep beer cold for days and days.
