I think the media is misreporting shit and it's getting built up online
There are reports in media that they met in 2015 but people are finding pictures of them from 2013 together and now people are asking why the media is lying
Every video from near the stage has the same sound. Text book one weapon. If there was someone else shooting from there, they were using a suppressor with sub-sonic ammo, which put them at a worse disadvantage than that shitty 4th floor position.

And thank you for actually believing what I’m saying. There is soooo much BS out there but don’t think for one second any one of us think he didn’t do it. We’re all just trying to figure out why. We think something happened in Q4 of 2016. What that was is still a mystery but apparently Marilou has made comments about signs of mental illness in the past year. Maybe they will get more specifics (if they release it is another story) but I fear they will spin it when the info is released that we may never get the real story here.

Obviously I don’t know for sure but he really wasn’t technically savvy enough to record the video. Our best guess on what we knew of Stephen was he used it to see who was coming and going in the hallway during the act.
I have a different theory and it makes sense for a non tech savvy person
If it was the cam part, all he had to do was put it somewhere it can see what is going on and it can viewed through stream anywhere in the world
Edit: It would help if they told us any more info on it so it could be checked if that can viewed over internet or if it has a limited range
But I doubt that information would be released

That would require some sort of internet connection and that’s where he would lose interest and go with the nanny cam or something along those lines. The other thing is I can’t think of any reason he would want to stream it online. He wasn’t someone who lived online or cared about it. I mean imagine your 64 year old uncle trying to use an iPhone.

I'm not saying my theory is right, but why did he have these cameras in the room and for the police to be correct, not be "recording"
