I haven’t watched hockey since Bob Probert died.
I think I’m gonna put on my McCarty jersey and show up in the Pepsi Center parking lot after a tough Avs loss and give those chumps something to really cry about.

Goddamn that was a great rivalry. Both teams were loaded with talent year in and year out.
Still can’t believe we put 6 in on Roy in a game 7 ?.
And then Nylander with a nice backhand through the 5 hole. Leafs beat the Blackhawks in OT.
Looking back and seeing all those Hall of Famers on both teams is mind boggling - of all the sports I've followed over the years that had to be one of the greatest rivalries of all time...still got the VHS tapes I recorded of all those games ...usually I'll pop it in the VCR once every few years and just relive those days...great times.

Jesus did I hate Theron Fluery and Claude Lemeiux. Forsberg and Heyduk could’ve ate shit and died from it too, but goddamn were they good. There was a period of time there that Forsberg was the best guy on the ice, period. His ability to take the puck into the zone one handed was uncanny and boy did I hate him.

It’s a pretty fucked situation.
It happened during the 2010 cup run and it sounds like management knew but was all “don’t fuck the cup up” so it never came out, until now.
