Found out the cheap little clip on macro lens that my old samsung hated works decently with my cheapo moto.
This photo is cropped and scaled way down from the original 90mb file. In that one, the detail is amazing, but you can still get a decent look from this one.

This is the Grand Daddy Purple up close. This is some powerful shit for $130/oz, even has a bit of a racy sativa affect after one hit more than needed.

I spoke too soon, new stuff is almost as bad. I am thinking of changing stores, only reason it's not a sure thing is I really like the staff there and it's not their fault the The Growers screwed up

Green door on mich ave brohammer. the stuff i get on sale there burns well and works well. most growers are in a rush to harvest and they cut corners like not flushing or they just don't know what they are doing. also the pesticides and moldicides people that don't care about you spray that destroy your lungs and nervous system. people have gotten infections from smoking the cheap pre rolls. look up what eagle 20 does to you when burned. it's used by everyone around here. let us know if you hit another store and give us the smoke report!

Hi Jay,
I don't know your history, but have you tried growing your own? For anyone but a hardcore chronic it's pretty easy to supply your own needs with a very small and inexpensive setup (hardcores need a little more gear and space).

Since I've started growing, I only buy rarely, and now I'm finally getting dialed in, I shouldn't have to buy again unless I want to try something new. Medium and nutes can all be had for cheap, and with LEDs, electricity is barely a consideration. I've estimated my costs at 35 cents a gram or less.

When you grow, if you find a strain that works for you, you can clone it forever. No more buying starting material, and no more accepting whatever the dealer/dispensary has. Plus it teaches patience, organization, and long-term planning. If you are able, I strongly recommend GYO.

Here's a better picture, I hope. This is the same plant, and possibly same bud I posted at 21F, Sweet Skunk x Cinderella 99. This is day 43 from flip, so about 4 weeks to go. I'm already drooling.

I grew for about um, 6, maybe 7 years. Had a set up in the basement. one room for the mothers and growing clones and another for the grow/flower cycle. We had three 1000w HPS lights in the flower room and a bunch of T5 lights in the veg/clone room.

I I used flood tables to grow out of rockwool cubes. what set up do you have?

I am all about the KISS method: Keep It Simple, Stoner.

I've only been growing for about 2-1/2 years, self-taught, and am very much a novice.

I'm still figuring out the best cloning method for me, but I'm currently having success with a homemade bubble cloner under 8.5 W LED.
I'm vegging in a 2x2x4 under a "300W" LED fixture that pulls about 130-140 actual watts from the wall. It's the second generation of this fixture since the manufacturer moved away from the blurple LEDs and it gets good results.

I'm flowering in a 3x3x6 under 2 "400W"COB LEDs. These each pull about 200-210 actual watts. For my research, 400+ actual LED watts for a 3x3 is lots of light.

I sprout in a mix of coco coir and perlite and grow using a version of passive (hey, that's you) hydroponics similar to what is often called a hempy bucket. I'll provide more info on this if anyone is interested. The idea is to get the fast growth of active hydroponics without the pumps and chillers and hassle.

I'm only allowed 10 plants, so I try to keep it to that number.

Re nutes, this is where the true simplicity kicks in. I see some growers using a cupboard full of different nutrients and additives. These folks can get some incredible results, but homey ain't got time for that noise.

You can find the thread on the IC Mag forum where someone did the math, but basically 7 grams of MaxiBloom powder per gallon of water provides all the needs of a cannabis plant from early veg through bloom. I add a silica booster for strong stems and heat resistance throughout and a little KoolBloom at the end for a bloom booster.

I grow perpetual and different strains alongside each other, so only having to mix one jug of nutrient solution is a huge labour and time saver. My local water also has lots of cal and mag, so no need to add.

I believe it's called the Lucas formula. every nutrient company sources the same stuff anyway and use a slight change in blend from others. you need to be a really good grower to benefit from the extra shit anyway , so it's all about grower talent and environmental conditions, not the nutrient labels.

is that fencing for deer or something?

I see tomato pepper and aloe/agave plant in there also...yum
the one in the solo cup did something funny and i was going to turf it. it has finally shown me its tits so it can live. i have to pick up some more soil and plant it properly . the fence is for marmotts. the eat absolutely everything and there are hundereds of them around here. they are squished all over the road daily. they have eaten almost all of my onions and a few tomatoes that were outside the fence. a few years ago they ate my whole crop. they arent getting it this year

i have deer but they are never a problem .they come and get a drink of water and then they leave

My root bound plants couldn't take it anymore so I had to repot them. I was holding off since I don't want them to get out of control and stink up my whole hood.
