My root bound plants couldn't take it anymore so I had to repot them. I was holding off since I don't want them to get out of control and stink up my whole hood.
Geez
I want some out of control shit...haven't grown a 10 footer in a few years...probably get about 6-7 feet tops though...started late and they are about 4' today

It just depends on local laws and how close your neighbors are. In my county outdoor cultivation is illegal. Since I'm growing outdoor, and on top of that have exceeded my plant count, it's all about minimizing risk.

for sure...I get that

tore down a 11 footer cause I was surveilled once...worst sleep of my life that night LOL

Mine can't be in public view according to law, but I butter up the neighbors with loads of vegetable, berries, and fresh chicken eggs so I feel comfy with it sticking over the fence and stinking up the joint. This Lot is basically an Urban garden, and we produce way more than we can consume.

I have told this story before, but I'll tell it again. I have a neighbor who is super social. Always having pool parties and bbq's. The house is higher in elevation than me and the common fence is about 4 feet tall. They were having a party a few years back and I had 3 monstersin-ground, plus a few potted plants that were a decent size. I'm inside with my windows open and hear something like, "holy shit! Check out that plant! " He calls others over to look and then, "fuck! Theres another! Omg, and check that other one out over there!." As soon as the conversation died down I went outside and moved my potted plants for (minimal) damage control. The rest of the day as new people showed up at the party I'd hear, "come over here and check out these plants!" Long story short, my mojo was taken from me for growing monsters.

It isn't always about your neighbors themselves. In mid to late flower some plants smell like a motherfucker. All it takes is a sense of smell and curiosity for a handyman, friend, gardener - whatever to look over the fence. If that person knows what it is, it comes up in conversation, even weeks or years in the future (depending upon what they saw).

for sure...I live in a rough neighborhood other than my nice neighbors

hasn't happened yet and I am not too attached to my plants luckily

I think people in this neighborhood think twice about jacking shit cause a gun may be part of the equation

that said, nobody I haven't seen previously in this hood doesn't get a second or third look from me...I have been known to write down license plates of slow moving cars also

sorry for your mojo loss papi

plus the cannabis market is flooded right now and price is low low...2-3$ grams

So the new store I am going to charges sales tax now. From everything I have read they are not suppose to be doing that yet. Any of my michigan people know anything about this?

the valley is smoked right out again. i can barely see across the street . im hoping this doesnt stay this way but there is 9 fires burning in the valley. i dont want to get evacuated again. i had some plants dry up on me in 2003 from being left for 13 days in 37c heat . im also worried about them being tricked into an early bud cycle only to go back into veg later .had it happen a few years back and it made leafy retard buds that would have had to bloom till christmas to finish properly

ya...I don't know how much light can fuck up the cycle...streetlight on the next street over from me...so my plants probably never see a total lack of light
With indoor a pinhole light leak can fuck shit up. I'm guessing that these lights being on at random can't be good. I will probably get some plywood this weekend that I can slide into place at night.

we used to get these green spectrum light bulbs to use in our rooms so that you could go in during the night cycle and work without fucking up the photoperiod. its better to spray for bugs in the dark than have the lights bake off the spray. you get longer cling time and more contact time = more killing of the dreaded cocksucker spider mites

Yeah, I had the clip on on for baseball cap brims. It is a pain in the ass since you're still working in the dark pretty much, so I switched to spraying starting at 5 minutes before lights out. That way I could get total coverage without question. When I had to bomb the room with Dr doom, that had to be lights out completely, same with the sulfur burner.

i mainly used Avid in a backpack sprayer or pokon. in the end we had 52 lights so pokon became out of the question

Last post was day 43 since flipping to 12/12 for this SSxC99. Here she is at 56F. Seeing the odd amber trichome now.
This strain is supposed to finish in 9-10 weeks from flip.

7 Advantages to Autoflowering Seeds

Things you need to know about autoflowering seeds

Hey Papi Chingon @Papi Chingon
maybe if you have too much light you could go to auto flower seeds...can get more crops per year/summer....don't need full darkness or flowering light cycle

was just reading a bit about them and thought I would just post...you probably already know but I am sharing in case you don't

I have one auto flower and it is almost mature and has been budding 6 weeks now and I am on same light cycle as you and also west coast...thought it was a clone but asked the dispensary and they said they grew it from seed so the clock was ticking till flower cycles(wish I had know that)
