Just fed my sourdough starter. It's starting to show more activity, it felt slightly airy when storing it, so science is happening. This is exciting. Once this is ready I'll make some bread and try making bagels again.
Eggplant, potatoes, rice, fermented mushrooms, fish sauce and chili.

The government rarely does. It’ll speed things up though. I’m not worried, I have rice, vegetables, water and chickens. Hammers and machetes are plentiful.
Tell me you hunted those chickens in the jungle with a hammer.
A hoe. Yesterday this guy played like a rolling stone on the harmonica.
Might do some boar on the smoker this weekend or next week if we can get a nice one of Friday. A buddy's property is now over run with them. Will be good practice for shooting communists.

The Best Crusty Bread (Dutch Oven)
You don’t even kneed this. It couldn’t be easier. It’s not sourdough though, just a nice country loaf. I followed the directions exactly. The only thing I would add is to make sure your water is between 120-130 degrees to activate the yeast. The water from my tap only gets to 110, so I had to nuke it for 30 seconds.
I don't have any activated yeast, but i have powdered brewers yeast, think that'll work?
