True it is the only Conservative borough out of NYC's five boroughs and I believe Trump won it if remember correctly...
Which means fuck all because he didn't (and will never) win the state.

But it's good to see that the people there have some sense.

Not sure why you posted this. I thought you were a sort of hippie (human lover).

If you are having symptoms (I.e. Coughing) you are supposed to self quarantine, not wear a mask and go out in public.

The mask rule is designed for protection from the asymptomatic. So, imo, you should publish a study of transmission while just breathing and talking (with a better study than 4 people, and a better study environmentally like not all testing done in the same room or sanitizing between) when presenting this information to the general public.

In the general public I don't wear a mask out of fear for myself, I wear it for the love of others.

Rules of society should protect all, not those who feel entitled or superior.

(I'd rather wear a mask forever than get the vaccine.)

Like Florida with both their US Senators being Republicans along with their great Republican Governor with his cutie 3.14 wife...
No that actually is a a really shitty analogy. Obama won Florida twice.

Also of our two U.S. senators, one is the son of Cuban immigrants who won his seat because of the Cuban dissident vote in Miami and the other is our shady billionaire former governor who won a razor thin election in 2018 because he invested millions of dollars of his own money into his campaign (it's also how he won election as governor twice). The guy he beat was a centrist Democrat who had held that seat for 18 years.

Florida is a swing state and New York hasn't voted Republican in a presidential election since 1984.

Now go get your fuckin shine box, goof.

I don't like to see anyone lose their job, but apparently the dog had been tearing up some plants in an area of Central Park and the guy nicely asked her to put the dog on a leash.

As an outdoorsman I can totally feel that guy's frustration. I've seen people who allow their animals to ravage natural areas and it's infuriating.

It is, plus I'm sure the dog is a complete asshole, you know that woman has no control over the dog and it just does what it wants.

And then there's plenty of legal reasons to always leash your dog. That, or take it to an off-leash dog park.
