I don't know what the program is, and don't really watch tv shows.

I only Signal & proton vpn all the time.
I've never had my safety number change due to a killswitch from my proton.
So it sounds feasible though, gonna have to take your word for now.

He did says they won't move on him because of a vbied, so that makes sense to me.
Nothing in any of this doesn't add up for me, except the original official story.
THEN when SRS comes out, authorities confirm...
If you're into the the idea of UAP and crazy drones with gravity devices watch it on Amazon prime. It's a documentary that just came out recently you can rent it for like $6. I only watched it because several people I know and have worked with are in it.

Again, the FBI and DHS (if they were after him) wouldn't let him drive around freely with a VBIED, they would call Tesla and disable the vehicle in the middle of no where so he didn't kill a bunch of people.

I'd also never believe that Hillary Clinton could wipe 33,000 emails and avoid hanging, or that George Soros could run half the government without a firing squad.
But they're both getting the Presidential medal of Freedom today.
Also we're assuming he had a vbied in his vehicle.
He stated in the letter not to open until Jan.1.
That's bait for comms, & that's what I'd do to draw out the spooks.
If I felt the coast was clear after some tests, I'd rig a det system, & pickup legal stuff on the way, which sounds like exactly what he did. Nothing suspicious about camping fuel & fireworks on NYE.
Certainly not the moves of a man having a mental breakdown vs. calculation.

I agree with you that corruption is rampant in politics, no doubt there.

I don't trust his state of mind to believe his emails. Everything to me reads like a mental breakdown, not calculated decisions.

I do think there's fuckery afoot but I'm not sure what yet.

I think we can all agree that after New Orleans this is the story that has seemed to be much bigger than what is on the surface.
But I'm not going to follow bread crumbs, I got my own s*** to do.

I contend him being followed across the country with a fucking VBEID because he was "allowed" to while being caught on video chillin and recharging a cyber truck 8 times. They're tracking and watching his every move but allowed to drive a fucking VBIED into one of the most populated tourist locations in the country? I don't trust the government but damn man, this is turning into a several layer conspiracy.
<s> Meh, that's just a prereq that gets you "on their radar"... </s>

This guy could make a bomb out of cow shit, a pack of matches and a red bull - wtf is up with the fireworks/camping fuel angle? It makes no sense to me.

Worth noting- The feds shouldn't be able to know who, where, and when those weapons were purchased. They aren't legally allowed to collect and compile the data on individual purchases like that. AFIK they only get those records when an FFL goes out of business, and even then the only thing they are supposed to survey is compliance with procedure.

They had it in under 24 hours.

To me, that's just as concerning as the rest of this shit show.

Also- Wouldn't a guy like that have "a few" personal firearms? He purchased an insane handgun and a carbine w/o irons or optics 3 days prior to this death run?

So when a store runs a background check with the ATF, they run it but keep no record of it ever happening?
They keep the record, not the govt (allegedly).
The feds only get all that paper if the FFL goes out of business.
Thats why the ATF was auditing so many mom and pop FFLs, to find a minor violation, shut them down, and take possession of said paper.

They aren't really supposed to do anything with it but the fine men and women there don't really care about the rules and there have been multiple allegations over the years that they are actively violating their own rules and compiling lists for potential confiscating efforts in the future.
Those "lists", if they exist, are the holy grail for anti gun types.

Legally they can trace the SN to the manufacturer, get a warrant compelling the manufacturer to open their books and show which gun store they were shipped to. Then a second warrant would be needed to compell the dealer to open their books and show who the sale was made to.
Its highly improbable that the gov could do this in the timeframe it happened in.
Unless they already had access to the information.

Most of the guys I know in that world build their own. If they don't build them they have several "buddy builds". Hell, I have a couple

I mean, the ATF is the government but that notwithstanding. That record would be easy to get when a crime is committed, or at the very elast easy to piece together.

We have a similar system here. "Oh, no. Just to make sure but we don't keep it and would never, ever use it for anything we aren't supposed to."

And any gun dealer worth a shit would not immediately comply, they have lawyers for this shit.

They could have cut the line with "we have credit card receipts from xyz gun store" but thats also a huge can of worms.

If the feds got all this done, correctly, in about 36 hrs it would be the highest level of proficiency they've achieved in my lifetime.

Notice that while the New Orleans truck rammer, who actually killed people, was also reported to have firearms on him there have been no reports of where his guns came from or when/where he acquired them.

Just another odd thing in this case, they seemed to have put a pretty nice bow on this case insanely quickly.

Not trying to derail the thread with gun talk, it's just conspicuous on its face.

I mean it probably goes like this:

FBI: "Hey, ATF. Did Jim Smith buy any guns recently?"
ATF: "Yup. Bought a couple on Monday."
FBI: "Okay, thanks, bruv."
ATF: "No problem, bro. See you this weekend at the annual "Taxpayer Money Spending Banquet"
FBI: "Oh, shit. Almost forgot that. I heard we're having Dungeness crab stuffed with caviar this year."

Probably, but its a violation of our constitutional rights and exactly what they swear they don't do.

ATF may have overplayed their hand here and let slip something they shouldn't have said.
It should be looked into and I don't want it to get lost in the noise.
