you are saying communism is a better option? do you people prefer eating stray animals to survive. fucking comments on here. you know what capitalists would do?. offer no jobs, move business out of the country or put their cash on off shore accounts. corrupt people would find other alternatives and bernie is sure to not be smart enough to fix loopholes
Communism is more an utopian project than a strict model to be implemented in today's world. Capitalism won, we get it, no one is pushing for communism. The only people who are obsessed about socialism/communism/Bernie Sanders are right wing lunatics that share ideology with fascism and rely on having imaginary enemies to parade against.

Capitalists already move businesses and money throughout the world with no regulation - this is a fundamental problem of the current model of financial capitalism. so you agree it's bad? To answer your questions, I would be quite satisfied with "civilized capitalism" as literature says. a capitalism system with the slightest regulation of capital flowing around the world ensuring that it is more profitable to open a business that does something than chilling in a yacht while your money multiplies on an illegal bank account in Switzerland.

Received my ballot in the mail two days ago (it's easier than voting on election day and I can drop it off in person if I really want to):

Well, that was a bit underwhelming. Very few outlets are reporting anything so far. The ones that have are reporting 14 delegate votes for Biden and none for anyone else with 0% (yes, ZERO percent) of votes being in. How do you get any delegates if none of the vote is in, and how are none of the votes in if the polls are closed? Haven't they been counting the votes as they came in throughout the day?

Exit polls.

They are pretty correct most of the time.

This whole primary and caucus thing is confusing and seems like it is rigged or fixed.why the hell does an american election go on for an entire year? I think ours has to be done start to finish in 5 weeks

The only upside to it is that it allows smaller campaigns to get some momentum that they couldn't get in a shorter campaign. Other than that it's just grueling.

It is looking like Biden will indeed take the state by a large margin with Bernie, Pete, and I guess this Tom guy behind him. It is also looking like Klobuchar and (hopefully) Warren will be dead after this state. Though I doubt Warren will drop before Super Tuesday.

Eh, you could argue that it has the opposite effect of that. I think we'd be less likely to have a two party system if it didn't work like this because these smaller campaigns would run as separate parties. I think people would still want to hear them out which would mean news networks would still have to give them some coverage. I think that would help create new parties with a legitimate shot at winning.

Instead, they run as one of the two parties and everyone is at some level trying to win the party rather than champion their beliefs which forces them to conform to the two party system or get painted as a nutjob.
