The opposite. Every transaction ever done on Bitcoin is in a distributed ledger that's easy to view.
wallets are anonymous but you can use metadata after this transactions to track the person down. and if you ever transact it back to US dollar you'll probably be found out.
What you want to do is by monero on the dark web and then hop monero wallets. Come back out the other side buying some other type of coin and then converting that trading pair to US dollar.
