I prefer my ribs like my women, dry.Iberico pork baby back ribs. The pork equivalent of Japanese wagyu.
I was conflicted about saucing half the rack. But I've got another rack in the freezer so I tried it out.
Honestly I think this meat tastes better without the sauce when I normally like pork ribs sauce and beef ribs dry.

I've made chicken with baby rays.
It didn't suck.
Make no mistake. Sweet Baby Ray's is pretty alright. But when someone comes out and annonces their arrival by saying it's the GOAT, I start to question some of their sensibilities.
