Lifestyle Official Grilling thread

Guys, this is so good I ate a plate looking for this thread.
Local caught King Salmon & smoked with almighty fire from my cherry tree (rip).
Molasses still serves a purpose, right on top the pink himalayan/pepper brine this was lovingly surrounded with.

This is chronic.
Smoked with this guy, a little 20-$40 pickup from bartell drugs.

Iberico pork baby back ribs. The pork equivalent of Japanese wagyu.
I was conflicted about saucing half the rack. But I've got another rack in the freezer so I tried it out.
Honestly I think this meat tastes better without the sauce when I normally like pork ribs sauce and beef ribs dry.

I prefer my ribs like my women, dry.

Power is out after a hellacious storm so I decided to grill out before the next wave.

Wife is out of town on business, so I went basic. Burger, beer and beans.

My bean recipe is 1 can pork & beans, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, 3/4 teaspoon mustard and 1-1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce.

Follow me for other recipes that turn a somewhat healthy dish into a delicious pot of diabetes.

Temp dropped about 20 degrees after the storm so I'm on the screened porch listening to the tree frogs lose their fucking minds.

Make no mistake. Sweet Baby Ray's is pretty alright. But when someone comes out and annonces their arrival by saying it's the GOAT, I start to question some of their sensibilities.

If he tries the Montgomery Inn sauce his life will change.
