He was not, he never was. Go back and watch the fucking last 30 seconds, it looked like he was about to go out, ref checked the guy about 11 times and Merab showed the ref he was still in it, then when the fight was over, the literal second its over, the gif clearly shows the guy with his eyes open, blinking, badly hurt but not.
