There are nato bases in both countries, if you want to discount that you have to give the answers yourself.

Actually they have probably just surrounded Mariupol, so that's what they mean. Still haven't fully cut off the sea if Ukraine controls a port on it though.

There's Russian youtuber propaganda guy embedded with troops coming from separatist area. His last post was that they captured a village 20kms away apparently.
