Yea but if ukraine joins the EU Russia can’t attack ukraine anymore unless they want to fight the EU…Yeah. But the EU wasn't built with any sort of Russian history for the reason for that defense. So the only reason Russia should care about the EU's collective defense is if they plan to attack the EU.
The Ukrainian people probably just want to live their lives. But there's a reason we're seeing Ukraine being armed by NATO instead of evacuated. This war would be over right now if Ukraine would just fold. All they want is conflict, it seems. Otherwise, they'd surrender.
Uhhh. That's pretty much what Russia asked for to begin with.Cut off the east and crime. Take the new united homogeneous population and join the EU.
Defer NATO membership for no sooner than 10 years with a promise that Ukraine will not host NATO troops or ABM shield.
Russia saves face. Crimea is put to rest. Dump the scapegoat region that Russia uses to invade. Join EU which Russia should have no issue with if their only interest is military (it's not). NATO topic kicked down the road to future leaders.
Yea but if ukraine joins the EU Russia can’t attack ukraine anymore unless they want to fight the EU…
If memory serves although there's a provision for defense EU is primarily an economic alliance so they kind of still can. So good news there for you.Totally unfair. Why can't the outcome of this war be a Ukraine that Russia can threaten attacking anytime?!?!!
I hate dictorsi hear ya. but the thing is, russia is led by a dictor. and russia invaded ukraine, so they have much more of a reason to paint a false narrative to justify their murders

Ukraine accuses Russia of using ‘medieval’ tactics as humanitarian crisis deepens
A third round of talks between the two sides ended with a top Ukrainian official saying there had been minor, unspecified progress toward establishing safe corridors that would allow civilians to fleewww.theglobeandmail.com
Russia announced yet another limited ceasefire and the establishment of safe corridors to allow civilians to flee some besieged Ukrainian cities Monday. But the evacuation routes led mostly to Russia and its ally Belarus, drawing withering criticism from Ukraine and others.
Ukrainian officials accused Moscow of resorting to “medieval siege” tactics in places, and in one of the most desperately encircled cities, the southern port of Mariupol, there were no immediate signs of an evacuation.
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s forces continued to pummel some cities with rockets even after the announcement of corridors, and fierce fighting raged in places, indicating there would be no wider cessation of hostilities.
Yeah...and Navalny poisoned himself, and Nemtsov ordered his own killing. And all those people beat up by police also hit themselves with batons.
