?Pic of death. Gore.
Not meant to be gratuitous but I think it's too easy for these events to be "a shooting".
Here's the reality.
The hidden number are the permanently disabled and brain injuries. You always hear "2 dead, 5 injured" or whatever.59 dead now.
Yes. He did this quite often. He was a high roller so they would give him huge rooms so he would stay and drop more money into the poker machines. Once he hit big they would kick him out and he would stay at another casino free of charge in hopes he would drop and lose more money.I agree, had to be joined rooms or a massive suite
Crazy to think how much pain and suffering one asshole can inflict on such a large number of individuals and their families. The hidden number are the permanently disabled and brain injuries. You always hear "2 dead, 5 injured" or whatever.
I've worked in a PM&R facility after a mass trauma happened. So I saw what was on the news and the reality.
Soooo many never walking again, permanent life pain, brain injuries to a toddler level requiring lifelong 24 hour care, etc.
I just assume its X dead, 2X essentially life over requiring caretakers. Our news friendly sugar coating really does an injustice to the victims.
Whats this all about? First time I seen this guy mentioned.
The hospitals must have been a shit show last night. Bless them emergency response staff.
We’re thinking this is what the issue was. There is a history of mental illness in the family. It wouldn’t surprise me if something switched in his brain and he just snapped.I'm gonna try and not make too many comments. Surely something more is behind this...Mental illness or just...I dunno...It just seems surreal that someone would flip out to that extent.
:/
I saw a picture of the ER, out of respect I am not going to post it. The people working are amazing to do their job with all that going on.Crazy to think how much pain and suffering one asshole can inflict on such a large number of individuals and their families.

I know you said he was a professional gambler - but how did he earn all his money to become a gambler?Yes. He did this quite often. Guerilla groups fighting asymmetric wars have been known to rig weapons with the specific intention of maiming rather than killing, knowing that it can actually be more devastating for the enemy both in terms of long-term cost and the psychological impact of people seeing the result rather than just a closed coffin. The hidden number are the permanently disabled and brain injuries. You always hear "2 dead, 5 injured" or whatever.

News said accountant at Lockheed Martin.I know you said he was a professional gambler - but how did he earn all his money to become a gambler?
If he played "poker machines" I'm guessing he was doing it more for the thrill and wasn't much of a skill guy playing against other people. Obviously speculating there - but I'm curious to know what he did before he moved to LV.
In Vegas they pay people to play slots. If you have the time and money you can win at anything.I know you said he was a professional gambler - but how did he earn all his money to become a gambler?

Mental illness is scary shit. That's generally what's at the core of these mass shootings. I wonder if he was previously diagnosed and just fell off his meds? We’re thinking this is what the issue was. There is a history of mental illness in the family.
