Yes, I can totally see Biden destroying official records or transcripts, and I can see Biden having "off the record" conversations with foreign leaders about how they can circumvent the law or mold public opinion in service of their interests.

No way. There's no chance he'd do something like have his son be on the board of a natural gas company in a country he doesn't speak the language in just after overthrowing that country's government.
