Yeah, I'm not really cool with assault followed by assault with a weapon. This isn't Amadou Diallo It's a pretty easy self defense/justified shooting defense in this instance, people are just looking for outrage at this point.

If you were a CCW holder and someone assaulted you and as they were running away were attempting to inflict further harm with a potentially deadly weapon I'd want you to use your firearm as you saw fit too.

you gotta admit though when @kneeblock cloned my profile and when @Bones Nose and Papi Chingon @Papi Chingon made the fake @Splinty it ended up being pretty entertaining after the initial wtf . lots of confusion on the board as to what tf was going on

So perhaps if you change your name to someone else and they aren't part of the joke, they get veto power?

That is not my recollection. There was the entire forum laughing, except for 3 very angry people who complained constantly. You bowed to the mob of 3, and I don't believe a single one of those people still posts here. Threatening to ban people? I don't believe that was me. As Splinty 2.0 I made @conor mcgregor nut hugger a mod, and I believe he was joking about banning people. I made a fight thread and then after fights were over I changed the title of the fight thread to something like "This is a safe space for homosexuals to post" or something like that. At that point I got the boot. I could have a few details backwards since I tend to drink heavily, but in a nutshell I believe what I have posted is accurate.

I didn't clone profiles. No idea about kneeblock. @Bones Nose lost a screen name bet to me, so I named him Wild @Wild and I changed the "L" to an uppercase "I." At a later date, perhaps a month or two later I changed my screen name to @Splinty, using a similar tactic. They were parody accounts and, in my opinion, that was the best @Splinty that has ever existed, but I do have my bias, since I'm the funniest guy I know.

@Bones Nose had some fun with the Wild @Wild name, but didn't take it to the level I felt it needed to be at, so that is why I changed my name to @Splinty. I think the first thing I did was make a thread about making @conor mcgregor nut hugger a mod, and people lost their shit. At that point in time I don't believe I had ever even had any dialog with the guy other than on the open forum, so he was informed by someone else. If that wasn't my first post as Spinty 2.0, then it would have been where I was changing terms and charging for memberships. Either way, it was hilarious to 99% of the forum after they figured it out.
