The headspace on an AR barrel is preset. So as long as you're using decent parts it should be good to go.I wanna know if that shoots true.
What was the cost on the upper?
I'm packing a four inch purple headed warrior.
It is mine nowI am still pondering the Bond Snakeslayer in 45 long colt/.410
Awesome.It is mine now
agreedAwesome.
Always wanted a 45 long Colt revolver.
But those over under lil pistols are sweet too.
I ALWAYS have time to enjoy a Ole' Hickok 45 vid.agreed
If you have time and enjoy HK45 check out his video on it...pretty funny, and his skill with it is pretty amazing.

after shooting itJust finished up my AR.
Well not completely.
Still need a Sight.
But I built this thing part by
part.
First time.
Bear Creek Arsenal's Upper
.223 Wylde 16" 1/7 twist Barrel.
15" Mlok handguard.
Aero Precision M4e1 lower.
MFT Minimalist Stock.
Mil-spec Buffer Tube and Carbine Buffer.
Mil-spec Trigger and Lower Parts
Ergo Grip.
All for $320 USD.
I wanted a nice budget build I could improve over time.
Looks like I Dun' Good.
12 Guage semi auto for hunting
12 Guage pump, pistol grip, collapsible stock, rail system for home
.38 special k frame w 4 inch barrel
.22 Winchester rifle
.52 muzzle loader
Remington break action 20 guage
The toys will come this year. Probably a full size Glock in 40 or 10mm and an ar15 build because reasons and stuff
Yeah the gun shot great.after shooting it
give a review if you could
I watched the video
Lol man, the collection has expanded quit a bit. That shotgun with the pistol grip is about to get turned into a legal short barreled shotgun in the next few months.
very niceYeah the gun shot great.
First shot was low right with the inexpensive red dot I have on it.
Just adjusted once and was dead on the rest of the day.
Only ran about 90 rounds.( My local shop is dry as bone on stock)
Shot Federal 55 grain 556 and Frontier 55 grain 223.
223 seemed to be a tad more accurate.
Forgot to take pics of my shoot and see targets at 50 yards.
But the groups were about .8 to 1.2 inch.
Not shabby with the 4 moa red dot.
Need to order some 62 grain and a heavier 75 grain match tip as well as decent scope so I can go for 100 yard plus groups.
Overall the Upper it's self is a good buy Bear Creek Arsenal.
My lower gave me no issues.
Trigger was crisp.
MFT mag fed well with no FTF's.
Had a great time on the range by myself.
The wife practically begged me to go since I was unbearable...
I'm happy now.
That is true.BCA can be pretty hit or miss (heh) I personally would steer clear, but I'm just a dude.
I consider PSA to be my basement now in terms of what I will buy. They are pretty decent for budget stuff. Every AR I own gets a BHW barrel and Maxim bolt no matter what the other parts are. Frank over at Maxim makes some great parts, check him out. BHW, well their reputation speaks for themselves. That is true.
I mean I would honestly build my next upper piece by piece next time. Barrel, Receiver,Handguard, BCG and etc..
But for the time and budget constious it's ok..
Maybe PSA is also a better option.
