sewed some curtains for the bunkhouse window at the front of the RV
found some really good Ron Loc blackout material on clearance, and I have a couple heat-blocking curtains that my wife bought, too small for our window. So I cut two 36" X 15" pieces and sewed them like cover. I thought about cutting all four pieces at once and doing a zig-zag stitch down the raw edge, but I wanted the air gap between the fabrics to improve insulation.
I think they'll look nice enough. I'm just going to clip them in place for now, but if I decide they need to be openable, I'll put some drapery hooks on them. Next sewing project is redoing the dinette cushions...found a scalding deal on some really nice outdoor fabric.
And going to the junkyard tomorrow to get a seat for the Captain's Chair in the back. Found one in a 2010 Sienna that should work, just have to adapt the rotational mechanism of the current chair to the base of the new chair. Good excuse to get the welder out, might add gas this time.
