Let's get back to real food!

Italian sandwiches. I made homemade focaccia, prosciutto!, Genoa salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, kewpie mayo, oil and vinegar. Red onion and from my garden tomatoes, Lettuce and basil!

I been cutting off the fat on a New York and frying it in it's own fat in my ladies cast iron egg pan, pretty damn tasty

I fry the bugger on all sides for a malliard reaction then toss it in the oven covered until it is like 130+ inside
