I already know how, homie, but I've gotta use up the Costco purchase of breasts I have in my freezer before the end of the month.
No problem anytime brother here you go.

A vid is probably easier to follow than my instructions although Ill add a golden rule for filleting or any knife work... "A dull blade is more dangerous than a sharp one" use a sharp knife please

Breakfast frittatas for the next three days (two eggs and a bunch of diced veggies with some cracked pepper).
Peri peri chicken & rice with veggies for lunches for the week.
Shrimp & rice that I just gobbled down for dinner.

I made a dry rub out of a crap load of paprika, chili powder, salt, garlic, and ginger and used that along with some lemon juice to marinade the chicken, season the rice, and season the shrimp. I added some soy sauce, sriracha, and honey to the shrimp bowl. I was too lazy/hungry to add veggies or garnish.

Add some apples and oatmeal and I've got everything other than dinners done for the week.

You can use it in lieu of icing bags and throw a tip on, as well.
Sounds like someone has been watching the food network.

Not that that is a bad thing. Between that and other cooking shows it makes up the majority of my TV watching.
