I do lots of fermentation kombucha, milk kefir. I had a ton of serrano peppers and need to make fermented hot sauce!

She is doing all that crazy shit
Kombucha

water kefir
has had a sourdough starter going since 2020 that has been given to dozens of people around the USA

I just laugh and call them more experiments

Oh year I forgot about I also have a sourdough started and make sourdough items from bread to rolls and my favorite focaccia!

The possibilities are endless.
She just started making these super thin pizzas in a cast iron high wall skillet, using just the starter with nothing added using only a couple ingredients(capers, olive oil cheese, canned red pepper chunks). Looks like an ultra thin crust deep dish with barely any ingredients at all, yet somehow filling because the starter is hearty even though thin.

Only true gentlemen know the sides a la no touché method being the best! No blood on my sides!

Guga must be my spirit animal. Separate plate for sides, thinks reverse sear and "sear marks" are garbage(even crust is superior) and would be caught dead with a pellet smoker(Weber + charcoal) and is a great cook(like myself)!

Banana pancakes w/ VT maple syrup. The top one came out a touch darker than I was shooting for. Still delicious though.
