I'm hoping to have a garden again this year again but I'm already behind as far as sprouting inside. Maybe I'll buy some home depot starters..

She is tired and possibly grumpy so tomorrow most likely.
She says she just looks up videos and combines them into her own creation.
Basically the recipe I said ^^^ above.
Oh year I forgot about I also have a sourdough started and make sourdough items from bread to rolls and my favorite focaccia!
The possibilities are endless.
She just started making these super thin pizzas in a cast iron high wall skillet, using just the starter with nothing added using only a couple ingredients(capers, olive oil cheese, canned red pepper chunks). Looks like an ultra thin crust deep dish with barely any ingredients at all, yet somehow filling because the starter is hearty even though thin.
that's a high level of expectation to believe these momos know what a salad is
Thats what the internet is for, to learn new and exotic things.

Guga must be my spirit animal. Separate plate for sides, thinks reverse sear and "sear marks" are garbage(even crust is superior) and would be caught dead with a pellet smoker(Weber + charcoal) and is a great cook(like myself)!

I like em like that, reminds me of the ones dad used to burn lol. There was no throwing away food just cause it was burnt..
Its funny, but I never get pancakes at restaurants because they always seem undercooked.
I think banana pancakes are more susceptible to it due to the sugar from the bananas.
But anyway...
