I didn't cook it but I just picked up my favorite pizza on the way home from work. I'm a meat guy, but this pizza is next level. Such simple ingredientsn yet absolutely AMAZING. Tomato pie, Trenton, NJ style (lots of variations by region). Hard to get legit east coast pizza around here, but this place has the water filtration, ingredients, and apparently secrets (the owner wont tell you shit about anything pizza or cannoli related) to get done right.
I'm gonna make a seafood boil tommorrow but I love soup. Can I serve myself the juice, too and eat it like a bowl of soup? Maybe just cook it longer to thicken up before I add the crab legs, shrimp and fish? It's gonna have all that Cajun juice and seasoning.

I might save the catfish and some skrimps for a separate spicy caldo. Save some of the broth, of course. I need something to eradicate this flem.

We made gumbo a while ago, Bay Shrimp and Andoullie sausage. In the future I want to use something other than Bay Shrimp, they were a bit strong.
Gumbo is one of my favorite meals on earth, I love those flavors.
Thats the caldo de mariscos, I'll get a better pic once these meds kick in. I can barely breathe and my head is killing. The Gumbo was overflowing, actually lol.
When I make soup about half the time we have to move it to a bigger pot to accommodate the extreme load size of ingredients. End up using the huge one we use for canning.
I feel so much better. The drips went away and just a lingering cough and sore ish throat. No more body or head aches. My lungs hurt from so much coughing but I'm pounding Gatorade.
