Breakfast: Frittata with two eggs, bacon, spinach, jalapeno, bell pepper, onion, and carrots
Lunch: Chicken with rice & veggies. One is seasoned with curry powder, one with chili powder, and one with smokey BBQ powder:

What going on with that pancit flavour wise? I can pretty much get the main ingredients but what's the flavouring, all of it looks delicious but I love a noodle dish.

It’s basically vermicelli that’s been cooked in garlic, onion, chicken, shrimp and pork with oyster and soy sauce. Snap peas, carrots and cabbage are added after the main cooking so they are still a bit crisp. It’s very good and Filipinos eat it at every event.
