Roast beef sandwich v 2.0. Bread was painted with garlic butter and the sauce on it was made with horseradish cream, tomato sauce, beef jus, and just a little splash of italian dressing.

It’s basically vermicelli that’s been cooked in garlic, onion, chicken, shrimp and pork with oyster and soy sauce. Snap peas, carrots and cabbage are added after the main cooking so they are still a bit crisp. It’s very good and Filipinos eat it at every event.
