I don't think so. In my experience, weight loss can happen faster the more discomfort you are willing to put up with. I could run ten more miles right now and drop more weight. But bulking correctly seems to move at it's own pace once you are doing it the right way, that's as fast as it goes. If it was easy, everyone would look goodI can't bulk worth a shit.

Start reverse dieting, start gaining weight... 5lbs in fat is on the belly ruining physique. Don't have a great natural v taper so rely on small waist for mirin'. Hitting lats and shoulders extra to help.
