I weigh 184.6 after the gym. Down over 40lbs. Almost done. Can't wait to start putting weight back on. Bodyfat is almost gone

Was just.not feeling it today. I'm gona weigh about 182.5-183 after gym though. I look like UFC dude on weigh in day. Can't wait to start eating again.

800 calories. New record.
Weighed 183 yesterday and had a cheat day. Was up 8lbs this morning. ;)

If anyone would like some help w diet or exercise I'm happy to help. I have it down pretty good.
I can't bulk worth a shit.
Diet down, get abs. Studly but too small.
Start reverse dieting, start gaining weight... 5lbs in fat is on the belly ruining physique. Don't have a great natural v taper so rely on small waist for mirin'. Hitting lats and shoulders extra to help.

Freak out, stop bulking. Any option other than slower bulk and blame my shitty genetics for putting every single ounce of fat on my belly?

I don't think so. In my experience, weight loss can happen faster the more discomfort you are willing to put up with. I could run ten more miles right now and drop more weight. But bulking correctly seems to move at it's own pace once you are doing it the right way, that's as fast as it goes. If it was easy, everyone would look good

I could be 230 again in a month. But it wouldn't be tight abs like now. I have the same issues.

I should be under 182lbs today after my cardio. I know no one else cares but so what! Did I mention I look awesome w my shirt off? Don't have much more bodyfat to drop before I look like one of those anorexic weirdos who doesn't know when to stop

Heading back to the gym for some more. Hoping it keeps me too tired to get in trouble Tonite. Been a rough week. Someone died and someone went to jail last nite right before I got there. I been pretty lucky.

Not sure. I know it is a deficit.

Somewhere around 50-60 ounces of green tea and a pack or 2 of tuna w a little ranch dressing. And some fruit. Strawberries blueberries melon

Every 4 or 5 days I'll cheat a little w half gallon milk or cpl crabcakes.
Depending on energy levels

Green tea could be watermelon juice or apple juice. Which I'm sure is more calories.
