His kind of hoarding, where you go deplete in-stock supplies of small communities at the onset of a crisis, is despicable.
But the people who saw this coming weeks/months ago and stockpiled hand sanitizer/masks off of amazon are also getting hosed. And that's the kind of 'stockpiling' that we should encourage. It takes the gaps out of Just-In-Time supply chains, especially on high volume/low margin stuff like TP and hand sanitizer.
