I'm only asking you to clarify our justify YOUR OWN statements. It's not on me if you are completely and utterly unable to do so.

Who is putting this legislation at Joe Biden's feet?

Should this be placed at his feet, do you think?

What does this law have to do with Biden?

Where did he fail in allowing this to pass the Texas Senate, and what should he have done to stop it?

If you can't answer any of this, that is not on me I'm afraid. You are the one who made the initial statement, after all.

??
The initial statement was pointing out that the president doesn't control state politics. Anything you're reading into above that is imagined.

So the court agreed that banning abortion at 6 weeks violates the law. However, because the enforcement of this is civil and essentially deputized citizens to enforce this via civil penalty, removing the state, then three is no criminal violation of precedent.

This is nuts.
So essentially any state and circumvent rules against state power from the feds by simply assigning enforcement to private individuals.

Can I sue you if you arent vaccinated in California now?
This is primed for legal disaster when other states follow suit.
Does California have a vaccination requirement?

Right, he doesn't.

But he gets blamed for them regardless, right?

Except when he's Joe Biden. According to your post .

What was the point of that post? What point were you trying to make?

You are right. The President doesn't get blamed for state level legislation introduced by the opposing party. Because he has nothing to do with that.

Which President did get held accountable for bills passed at the state level by the opposing party somewhere in the nation? Names, examples?

So I can sue someone in Texas who gets an abortion for what? My own lulz?

I did not use party qualifiers.

I did not use party qualifiers.
"Interestingly, this isn't the first legislation of it's kind to pop up over the last couple years, this is however the first time it isn't being attributed to the president..."

Can you clarify this statement, please?

What are some examples of state-level legislation introduced by the opposing party being attributed to the sitting President?

You say that this is, quote, "the first time" that hasn't happened.

Okay - could you please provide some other examples of sitting Presidents being held accountable for legislation introduced in state-level governance by the opposing party in that state?

Or not so much?

I'm just trying to figure out what exactly you meant.

No, you're not. You're setting up another of your poorly constructed traps. I've explained it you several times now which is far more of my time than you deserved.

Point us to an example from the last couple of years of state-level legislation being attributed to the sitting President from the opposite party?

I literally quoted your exact words.

Three times, actually.

"this is however the first time it isn't being attributed to the president..."

Now, can you give us just one single example to back your claim?

I mean, if this is, quote, "the first time that it isn't being attributed to the President", then surely it would follow that previously, it WAS attributed to the President - right?

And you would, therefore, be able to give us just one example of that......... correct?

Or not so much?
