About a 2-3 mile round trip the falls are great, I chill there for a couple hours and just take it in
@rmenergy you could always check a few waterfalls up the Gorge if you have time and haven't been

Had a massive bonfire yesterday. Burning honeysuckle. Impressive ash pile.
Scraped back the ash a bit and she was still hot as fuck about 6" down. Added some wood and she lit right up. I didn't intend to drink a beer this early on a Sunday, but it's almost a rule when you have a fire going isn't it?

No. Previous owners had horses and dogs.
I'll be getting a dog before too long - but not one I'd bother having a fence for so I'll eventually take the fence down.

I don't see the benefit in having a goat. I guess I could put a muzzle thing on his snout that kept his nose 3" from the ground. That way I wouldn't have to mow anymore.
Not sure on the dog. I like Goldens. And Labs. And German Shepherds.
If I had enough land I would raise goats for meat and milk/cheese...plus let them do the mowing
