Its hidden by your gradient tool it seems from your screen shot. So click and hold the gradient tool until you get the Paint bucket.
press Enter so the changes take effect.
oh and drag the boundaries to the GUIDES.
it should look like this on all the corners:
I'm expecting to see a small whiteish border yes? I pressed enter and have guides on, what am I not doing?
your guides are fine so nothing has to be changed there in the menu.
When you press CTRL+T it basically activates the transform handles. Then you have to move the handles to the GUIDES.
So as its activated, move the left handle to the left GUIDE. move the right handle to the right Guide.
Top to top, Bottom to Bottom.
you have to drag the edges inward to the guides from all the corners.

Once you press CTRL+T , drag the edge of the orange layer inward and it will snap to the GUIDE. Do this for all edges.

k now turn the masato layer back on and we are going to do the same thing for the brown layer.
The Top left and right layers are correct already. only the bottom needs to be shifted up.
Make 1 new guide where the orange meets the brown at the bottom.
Then use the eyedropper tool to copy the brown.
Make a new layer paint it brown and shift it up.

that brown square should end right at the 2nd last GUIDE and the orange should end at the last GUIDE.

so we have the paper texture on the bottom layer.
we have the brown on the top.
and a hint of the orange below the brown.
we have the brown on the top.

where the brown goes all the way to the top and then to the 2nd last guide on the bottom.
