Did they remove any rights from these people? How were they being oppressed? The Nazi's expressed their freedom of speech, and Antifa expressed theirs by counter protesting. It's really not the same thing as advocating for white supremacy, idolizing a state which conducted ethnic genocide, one that your own country fought to end. The violence by the antifa is misguided, and likely does more harm than good, but do not make the mistake of thinking that both sides are equal here.

Suppression of free speech isn't a particularly defining characteristic of fascism. Free speech is a particularly liberal concept, but both the right and the left will curtail it. They sell a suppression of fascism, the FA stands for fascism, you know that ideology which advocates for racial superiority amongst the citizenship of the country in which it arises over all overs.
