The first 3 on comparison list are other corona viruses known to be able to infect humans.

This virus shares more peptides with humans (and lab rats, mice) than it does other known corona viruses.

Why is sharing peptides an issue? Molecular mimicry.

Molecular mimicry is a theory that if your immune system responds/attacks the virus it will also respond/attack peptides that your body has in common with the virus.

This could explain why this virus can cause so much damage to many different systems/organs in our body.

At least, that is my theory.

I'm gonna pretend I understand this post so people think I'm smart.

You said the non mRNA shots are Russian Roulette for poor people. The shots are free. mRNA or otherwise.
Ah, I get it now.

So basically, America has plenty of mRna. They aren't using the other ones because they have this tendency to kill people. Places without the ability to produce them are taking whatever they can get their grubby hands one. However, once those places start being able to get mRna they throw the other ones in the trash.

No, both the J&J and the AstraZeneca shots are available here and seem to be popular from the people I've talked to as well as among professional athletes since they only require one shot and a two week inoculation period. Neither use mRNA. I got my shot at the beach.

I agree that places with a shortage are taking whatever they can get.

I didn't realize they'd been reinstated stateside. AZ is still 2 shots. It just got pulled here. Turns out the blood clot risk is way higher than originally thought.

I thought it was being distributed in some states, particularly in the northeast. Maybe I'm wrong. I know the J&J shot is available here. That was what I got pricked with.
They're giving J&J to the hobos here. Yes, I'm serious.
