Watched half of total recall last night. Was the greatest movie ever.

Onward - 8.5/10

Excellent tale about brothers trying to reunite with their lost father.
Chris Pratt and Tom Holland have some good chemistry voicing the brothers.
As I geek I really enjoyed the inclusion of RPGs.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix - 4/10

I haven't a clue what they were trying for with this one. Seems Michael Fassbender is the only person who's still into the X-Men.
what makes me sad is this film could have been spectacular if they followed the blueprint set by the cartoon in the 90's for the phoenix saga. the casting for jean grey was also bad.

King of Kong. Interesting watch knowing how this turned out...

Billy Mitchell was a cheating fuck for years and got busted and erased from the record books

The whole movie is on YouTube...

It is good. Maybe a touch overlong and I do feel it's national nuances about class do come across to an international audience in a broad sense I get I missed out on net nuances.

But it's a good original story. Would highly recommend.

it was interesting to see and wait where it goes at the beginning but overall it didnt go anywhere. It wasnt bad but definitely not oscar worthy

What is really? It's just a commercial enterprise.

I did feel the ending tied it up. But I'm sure we missed many of the finer points being round eyes.

Rocketman

It's ok. It's a bit of a self pity fest. Elton clearly had a tight control on everything. It was a bit too stylistic for my taste. I think intrinsically John is quite a boring chap. Or they just cut out all the fun stuff he did. I much preferred Bohemian Rhapsody in this Genre

Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood.

5/10. Brad Pitt is the best part of another example of Tarintino making movies so he can feed his foot fetish on the big screen (this one was the also worst for it) and get his friend's paid.

I just watched Rocketman.

Rate it?
I liked it. A bit gay, but not in too bad a way.

Y’all gonna ban me for liking it?

Reminded me of the Bob Geldof character in The Wall at times.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters - 5/10

Not enough creature screen time. I'm surprised it did well enough to warrant a sequel.

Blinded By the Light - 8/10

A musical showcasing the stylings of "The Boss" Bruce Springsteen.
