I cut some of the potatoes really tiny so you get a crunch with them. I used duck fat and butter for these with black truffle, sea salt, garlic, and black pepper. Not sure if that was a small potato or truffle, or garlic to be honest
It's perfectly cooked just dangerously close to sides touching. I zoomed in and it was a shadow.
Sides don't touch, though I did put lobster on the steak and eat them together

making Spaghetti toniiite , bought a Half pork loin center and sirloin on Special not sure how I wanna cook it yet , looking for recetas
